What type of documentation do I need to provide to rent a space?A Rental Agreement and Terms of Storage Agreement will be provided to you. It must be signed and returned, prior to storing your property. Please view our Rental Agreements and Terms of Storage Agreements.

What lease/rental options are available?Carlyle Storage provides indoor and outdoor storage. Some spaces are equipped with private tenant access. Mini Storage is also available. Refer to our rental agreements for description of all options.

Do you offer discounts to renters who lease on annual terms?Yes. We offer reduced rates on some spaces with twelve-month commitments.

How do I make a payment?We accept cash, checks, or credit cards. Cash or checks can be placed in the drop box at the facility. Checks can also be mailed to: Carlyle Storage P.O. Box 172 Carlyle, IL 62231 Credit cards are accepted in person at the facility or by calling (314) 581-6257.

Do you offer an online payment option?Currently, we are not offering online payments. Credit cards are accepted at the facility or by calling (314) 581-6257.

Do I need an appointment to look at the storage spaces?No. You may drive by and look at any time. However, if you would like to see the facility up close or take a look inside, please call Shawn, the Property Manager, at (618) 844-0001, option 2.
